Adaptive strategy
Price adaptive strategy reacts to price movements and volatility.
When the price is relatively stable, the range is fairly narrow. When the price suddenly increases, the range automatically rebalances to a wider range and stays wider until the price stabilizes again.
This makes the strategy flexible as it automatically adapts to market changes. Rebalancing in an increased range limits the impermanent loss and the need to rebalance that often. The increased range can be also replaced with HODL (going out of the pool and holding the assets 50:50).
